Improve and develop – monitor usage patterns with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, AppMetrica, Mixpanel) to fix bugs and enhance the user experience.
Communicate – send onboarding emails, wait‑list updates, beta invitations, service notices and replies to enquiries.

Form & e‑mail collection: Tally BV (EU) hosts the wait‑list form.
AI processing: OpenAI LLC, Whisper API (USA).
Each partner is required to process data solely on our instructions and with appropriate safeguards.

Your information may be processed in countries outside your residence, including the United States and European Union. We ensure an adequate level of protection through contractual clauses and other lawful transfer mechanisms.

Encryption: Data in transit and at rest is encrypted.
Access controls: Only authorised personnel can access production systems.
Back‑ups & monitoring: We maintain regular back‑ups and monitor for vulnerabilities.
